URBANMAX Scooter eléctrico C1 Pro con asiento

Cool little scooter. Pretty zippy! 18.6 mph, as advertised. Took my 200 lb butt around the neighborhood. Purchased for my 11 y/o daughter because she was jealous the 17 y/o got a moped. She loves it! She has a DOT approved helmet, PLENTY of reflective stickers (purchased separately, of course). With the Life360 app, some personal defense equipment, and she's good to go to all her friends' houses in the neighborhood. Also, we purchased a few extra accessories, and its pretty darn cool. So far, so good. No complaints. Makes me kinda want one...

Bought my e-scooter in Nov 2023. Then 6 months later my battery was dead. The company sent a new one "at no cost" immediately upon notification. Then in January 2025, l lost my charger in the Eaton fire in California. Again upon notification of Urbanmax customer service they offered to send me a charger "at no cost again" to me without hesitation. I have never dealt with such cordial and excellent company. I have a regular bike, 2 ebikes and my Urbanmax C1 Pro escooter. My 3 kids and 5 grandchildren all prefer to ride the Urbanmax escooter everytime we are out. We take it to parks, camping and travels as it is so convenient ta take along. Me favorite ebike/escooter anytime plus the company has an excellent customer service who prides themselves with their excellent products and services!!!

I ordered 2 of the C1 Pro. I had a heart attack and got them to help me get around on a vacation after. The first one that came was amazing. Got it up to 21 mph and the battery lasted at least 20 miles in the highest/fastest mode. 2nd one came a day later and only worked half as good. Called customer service and they replaced the 2nd one as a lemon in only a few days. The new replacement works just as well as the 1st one I received. They are really easy to use and fun to ride.

My 11 year old daughter has had a blast on the first day of riding. I must admit I enjoy it as well. The seat is comfortable and it has decent pick up and go. I would recommend this for anyone just looking for a simple local cruise.

I was excited to get the C1 Pro. I need two knees replaced and this was going to be a means of transportation for me. Putting it together was a chore for me, not because it was complicated but my knees wouldn't let me bend without pain.When I came to put the seat on, the seat post was too small in diameter for the welded shaft it was to go in. The post was 27mm and the shaft opening was 30 mm. It cannot be tightened, so the seat just swivels 360 degrees. I can't use it.I called Amazon customer service, and was told I could box it up and send it back. It is impossible to repackage it. I wrote an email to the company and no response. I now wonder about the quality of construction tolerances for the rest of the scooter. Even the box has a note on it to keep the box for 30 days. I guess they

As of 11/20/2023 I have 192 miles on my scooter. I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote a review and share my thoughts.As you can see in my photo I am well past 60 years, (ahhh to be 60 again) anyhow it came well packaged, was easy to put together but I did have to adjust the front forks and the rear fender that was a little skewed, after that I charged it to full and went riding.This scooter is great fun to ride and I look cool on it, I've had people in cars make Uturns and chase me down to ask the important questions of, what is it, who makes it, how fast, how far and how much, so lets get down to brass tacks.I'm 220 pounds, I regularly get 20 miles between charges, I can go as fast as 18.5 mph on flat road surfaces and less depending on grade but overall not bad.I live in a city and …

It arrived in good condition. Set up time is 15 minutes. The acceleration is very slow (which is safe) but then you can get up to 19 mph. The scooter rides very smoothly and has great suspension. It's weak going up a steep hill There's no lock mechanism on the scooter and you just need to press a button to turn it on or off which is not good if you plan on leaving it somewhere. After about 10 minutes of riding, the seat becomes uncomfortable. The seat comfort level is maybe 6 out of 10. I had to order a new seat from GoTrax ($100) which is way more comfortable. The scooter is very light weight but can hold a lot of weight. The basket is a really good size, but you'll need to buy an actual basket to set inside the existing carrier on the back. Originally purchased for my father as a gift and he loves it - others are jealous that they don't have one also.The scooter was well packed with no damage or marks of any kind. Assembly was quick and easy. (just attach the handle bar and align to the front wheel. slide seat in and it was ready to ride)It was a delight to ride and very easy to maneuver. The weight made it easy to put in our van to transport to any location desired.We rode it for an extended period of time and the battery indicator only went down two units out of five available.We could achieve speeds of approximately 20 mph very easily but prefer to cruse around 12 mph in normal use.We would definitely order another one of these if the occasion arises.
