2 of my lanterns stopped working. The product has a 360 degree no hassle warranty! However the email address included with the warranty in the box dies not work! I emailed the seller through Facebook no response. Amazon reps were rude beyond belief hard to understand and even though they took the money and still sell the product on their website with the 360 day warranty Clearly stated they refused to give me contact info for the seller to fulfill the warranty! Amazon took the money and ran,gave a scam written warranty, and raised the price of the lanterns! I will be sending a complaint to my Attorney general with the written warranty. Amazon customer service agents were the rudest unprofessional representatives I have ever encountered!! I left the seller a message on his Facebook days …

I love these lights! Bought them 10 times but now I have 4 that stopped lighting up at nite. I believe they are still warranted so please let me know about replacement

I am in Arizona so there is lots of sun. This is the second set I ordered from this company. The first are several years old and still working. I decided I need more and have a brick retaining wall with lots of sun. They light up at dusk and are still going in the early hours of the AM before the sun is up. I love that I can easily recharge them if it is cloudy days etc.🤙

I've had these for about two years or so now. One of them appears to be mostly dead now, which after getting buried into a snow mound isn't that much of a surprise.The other is beginning to show some wear and tear. A protective film for the solar panels has since peeled off. When it does get light, it manages to be on for a little bit.Overall, I'd recommend these. Gave me ideas for how I really want to do outdoor decorating going forward, as well as to situate these just a bit higher than they were. Would have liked these to have a bit more durability, but you can't expect too much both when you're at 7,000ft and when things generally aren't built to last anymore. The fact the one that didn't get buried in a record breaking storm has lasted for this long is impressive with that in mind.

We got these spring 2021 and absolutely love them. They were nice and bright and could be seen a long distance away on our 5 acre property. We hung them in the trees with the hooks and then put some on the front porch. They look like a tiki torch effect and last all night. They were out all season in the sun, wind and rain and a few of them stopped charging. I emailed the company and they sent replacements out right away. I have to say I was extremely impressed by the customer service team of this product. They back these lanterns for a full year which is more then other companies do. I understand the technology isn’t going to be perfect and these take a beating by the elements but I will buy more in other colors next year to add to the collection because of how well they back them. I am so pleased with these lanterns! I ordered the two pack for my apartment patio. Low profile. Nice effect! One of the lanterns seemed to be malfunctioning from the beginning, turning on in the middle of the day and running down before evening. I contacted the seller who provided some ideas for recharging which I tried. It worked for a few days and then went back to malfunctioning. I contacted the seller again and they immediately sent another lantern to me which I received in two days' time. It works just like it is supposed to. Very nice response time and really appreciated their help and prompt response!

These were a bit of a surprise. I'm really starting to enjoy solar lights. I just tried out eight stake lights for a dark spot in my garden and while you certainly cannot host a party with them, you can walk along the garden path that they border without stumbling around or needing a torch. But those lights are bright white and these are "Flame" lights and I wasn't sure what to expect. They arrived well packaged. I opened the box, took them out and turned them on so they would charge. Brought them outside and just placed them on tables on patio to get sun. I haven't attached the hanging clips yet.
