It works as expected for Shimano Dura Ace 9200
Great quality cable. I wished Shimano would find a way to update its components like SRAM via the app instead of us having to purchase a special cable just to update your shifters; however, it was super easy once I watched a video tutorial on how to do it. I have Dura Ace 9200 and after connecting the cable to my shifter and the power source (chainring/front derailleur cable), connected to the phone app, and the update took a few seconds to complete.I recommend you purchase a longer cable. I don't know why they have shorter versions of this cable - I returned my first one because it was too short.
