The reviews are wrong! My batteries lasted over two years.Marathon is a pretty solid brand/product in my opinion. I just can’t (haven’t tried to figure it out) turn the alarm off!Easy to use.Display is a little on the dimmer side but not a deal breaker!Easy to adjust time. Had no issues. Stays in one place so haven’t tested the durability yet! Functions as it should. It’s a desk clock!

What I love:Shows the time and temperature!Does not shine in my eyes while I’m sleeping.It’s portable and battery operated!It’s the perfect size.It’s pink.What I don’t love:The alarm clock. Oh. My. Word. So difficult to set up. Difficult to tell if it’s set. And impossible to turn it off. Just make an on/off switch please!!!

This is a nice little digital clock. Wanted a small clock for kids bathroom that showed the day of week and the date and this works perfectly. Instructions and programming are not complicated. Numbers that show time are big and no need to squint. The back of the clock is not flat like I thought it was when ordering but not disappointed either, there is a battery holder on back panel that also acts like a rest and the clock sits nicely on sink or ledge. Very pleased with this little clock.

I was looking for a clock for my vanity and this one is perfect. I had tried a few other clocks that weren't digital and they were loud so I thought I would try a digital clock. This clock is the perfect size to sit on my vanity. It isn't fancy but it's nice looking in the white. I didn't want a clock that would light up my bathroom at night and shine into my bedroom and this one only illuminates when you push the button. You can still read the time, it just isn't bright all the time. It's great to have the date shown when you get up in the morning. I'm not sure why I need to know what the inside temperature is, but now I know my bathroom is colder or warmer than the rest of the house. Overall I'm extremely pleased with this little clock and recommend it.

Works exactly as described. No- it doesn't have a backlight, as some users complained, but it doesn't claim to, either! No- it doesn't set the time itself, but again, it doesn't claim to do so. I didn't want a complicated clock, just something that keeps time, with big numbers that I could see from across the room. I did have to adjust the settings a couple of times to align the AM/PM and get the date correct, but I blame that on user error for not reading the instructions. The numbers are large enough to see from across the room & the temp reading is a nice feature. I've been using it for 5 days and the time is still accurate. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I almost didn't buy this clock because at first I didn't know what to make of the strange mix of good reviews and really bad ones. But the reasons became clearer after I bought it. Here's what seems to be going on.This is a pretty small clock (about 3 inches high by three inches wide) and it's meant mainly for bedside use or travel. Its good for those purposes but not for others. For example, unless you have amazing eyesight, you can't see the numbers from across the room. The display is also NOT back lit, which means once it gets dark, you can't see the time unless you press the light, which comes on for a few seconds and then turns off. I rarely take the time to write a review, but I was so disappointed with this clock, that I simply must give other potential buyers a heads up. First, is EXTREMELY SMALL. We purchased it to replace our TV box clock when we switched cable companies, and the new cable box didn't come with a time display. This cannot be seen from across a small living room! This size is best suited for a small desk or right next to your bed. To give you a good idea of the size, it uses one AA battery, and, that takes up a majority of the length of the back of the clock!Also, I didn't read the Q&A, so I didn't see that the backlight is not an option to be displayed permanently.
