This DVD is about the Amazing M38 and the M38a1 Willys 1/4 Ton Jeep, plus the civilian CJ-3a and the CJ-5 and the utilities that were created to be used in civilian use. The CJ-5 is simular to the (M38a1). The M38 had a total run of about 61K made and the M38a1 had total run of 101k unite built. After that, the Army adopted the famous M151 MUTT unibody. The rarest of films in this collection is for the 1st film called "Willys 4 Wheel Drive Family". I have never seen this film before and we hope to present it for history buffs like us. We hope you will enjoy these films. 1st Film: "Willys 4 Wheel Drive Family". Great film on the uses of the CJ series. Runtime 13:00 Min's2nd Film: "MP's and the M38 Border Patrol". 2 Great film footage of the M38 and M38a1 reconing the East German Border. Needs of the "Cold War". 16:41 Min's3rd Film:"M38 M38a1 Wargames". Some Military uses for the jeep, trucks and helicopters in use on practice war games. Runtime 27:23 Min's 4th Film: "M38 and M38a1 Newsreels". 24:44 Min's5th Film: Chaplains and the Jeep. This is a US Army film on Chaplains. To get to the field troops, they used the Jeep. Runtime 15:05 Min'sWe are a father and son small business that collects old films to save them from the trash heap. We digitize them in HD to save a copy for future generations. The Son went to film school and the father is passionate about history and assembles the content. The result is why folks comment on the "Quality and Content" of our OLD FILM's DVD's.
