A travel version of Azul! The Azulejos introduced by the Moors (originally white and blue ceramic tiles) were adopted by the Portuguese when their king Manuel I, who visited the Alhambra's palace in southern Spain, was fascinated by the amazing beauty of the Moorish ornamental tiles. The king, impressed by the splendor of the interior of the Alhambra, immediately gave the order to decorate his palace in Portugal with similar tiles as well. In this card game entitled "Royal Palace of Evora", the players take the role of ceramic artists in charge of decorating the walls of the palace. During the game, they must select strategic tiles to create a mosaic on their personal board and collect points based on the arrangement and certain patterns. In this abstract placement game you are ceramic artists in charge of decorating the walls of the royal palace of Evora.
