Hand wash with a damp cloth, and occasionally rub with beeswax ,coconut or food-safe mineral /cutting oil, or food-safe mineral/cutting oil. Just apply a light coat of the oil across the surface of your new board, let sit overnight. Repeat this process whenever the board looks dry.
